I’m Celena, a proud native of Maryville, TN, dedicated to helping others achieve personal healing, transformation, and relaxation. As a Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healer, I combine these powerful modalities to create a holistic experience tailored to your needs.

My Reiki journey began in Asheville, NC, where I trained with renowned Tara Murphy, owner of Touch of Earth Healing Arts. Additionally, I’m a Certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy, blending the transformative power of sound with energy work to support your wellbeing.

Reiki is a natural modality that helps promote healing by working with universal life force that is all around us and within us.

After a brief assessment, sessions will last 45-60 minutes, depending on each individual and how they respond during their session.

Wear comfortable clothing free of buttons, belts, zippers, wires, clasps, or any metal. I ask that you also remove all jewelry and/or watches. Loose athletic clothing seems to be most comfortable.

During a Reiki session you can experience calmness, relaxation, peace, serenity, or wellbeing. Some people experience relief from pain or even emotions. Others may experience discomfort as they work through difficult emotions they have experienced in their lives. Regardless of your specific experience, I am here to hold space for you as you work through these emotions. I will guide your body's chakra system back in alignment to experience a state of wholeness.

Reiki is not a “quick fix”, rather an opportunity for you to open yourself up to receiving love and light energy from source.

During a Sound Healing session, you will lay on a yoga mat, a zero-gravity chair, or find a position you are most comfortable in. You will be guided into a relaxed state then serenaded with instruments. These instruments promote healing from within using sounds, frequencies, and vibrations. I provide yoga mats, blankets, and pillows for comfort, but I invite you to bring your own pillow and blanket to create a more comfortable atmosphere.

Payment is expected at the end of each session. I accept Cash, Venmo, and PayPal.

Appointment times vary and are available bi-weekly, Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Friday-Sunday by appointment only.
